Indications:

• Ashwagandha  (Withania somnifera)  - an immunity enhancing, anti oxidant and stress  alleviator herb  .it helps in fatigue, impotency and waning memory.

• Gokshur  (Tribulus terristris):   it is a natural  testosterone hormone supplement effecting the genito urinary tract spermatorrhoea , gonorrhoea, impotency , chronic cystitis, and in uterine disorders after parturition. It is also used as a tonic to promote strength and digestive power

• Triphala  (  combination of  three fruits): It is an anti oxidant and it  helps in detoxifying the body  , clean the colon, it also  in the purification of the blood and elimination of the  toxins from the liver.

• Shatavari (Asparagus Racemosus) : It is useful for infertility, sexual debility , decreased libido, threatened miscarriage, menopause, leucorrhea and has the ability to balance pH in the cervical area.

• Bala (Sida cordifolia): It is useful in diseases such as cystitis,  bleeding piles, chronic dysentery, leucorrhoea, and gonorrhea. emaciation, weakness, diseases of reproductive organs.

• Nagkesar (Mesua ferrea) :  It helps in controlling bleeding in menorrhagia and piles.

• Vidarikand (Pueraria tuberosa)  : It is used as a diuretic, emetic, galactogogue and tonic

Dose: 1 teaspoon. twice a day with warm milk.
